Our method of compensation is based on assets under management. Our fee schedule is as follows:

$50,000 to < 250,000 3.00 % 1.0 %
$250,000 to < 500,000 3.00 % 1.0 %
$500,000 to < 750,000 3.00 % 0.9 %
$750,000 to < 2,000,000 2.75 % 0.8 %
> $2,000,000 2.50 % 0.7 %
Fees are calculated using the following formula:
(Market Value) x (# of days in Q/365) x (% fee schedule)
Sample Quarterly Fee:
$75,000 x (90/365) x 1.0 % = $184.93
* The Wrap Fee charged may be higher or lower than the cost of similar services offered through other financial firms, and is determined at the sole discretion of the advisor.
